Overall, I was satisfied with the booking process. I was very satisfied with the communication regarding transportation to the resort and back to the airport. The information provided regarding what to expect at the airport helped avoid what could have been a very hectic experience.

Had a great week at Mayan - Puerto Penasco. Reservations and staff customer service was excellent. Our vacation was late March , the resort was probably less than 50% full on the weekdays so all of the different dining facilities were not open - but easy to get any pool location . Room service was great and we used for about 50% of dinners - Did the timeshare presentation on a rainy day and it went well the agents were courteous and not too pushy
