Carefree DestinationsReviews of carefreedestinations.com

It was a great experience booking with CareFree Destinations , they answered all my questions and made my booking experience very easy , I will definitely use them in the future.

The quality service and resort was a very good choice. Stayed at Mayan Palace Riviera Maya in April 2023 and it was the best.

Amazing customer service and an even better experience on vacation! The resort is simply breathtaking with the numerous pools and the gorgeous beaches. The staff was accommodating and available anytime day or night. Food was affordable and there were so many options. We will never stay at an all-inclusive resort ever again! Thank you Carefree Destinations for helping us enjoy this amazing vacay! We were on a modest budget and this saved us thousands!

I've booked with Care Free Destinations twice now. I was a little hesitant the first time. But everything went so smoothly that I was happy to use them again. I've even referred friends to them.

What a great resort ! Beautiful accommodations. Very spacious and clean.grounds are well kept! Many places to sit and enjoy the resort.

Picture perfect!! The resort was clean, rooms were cleaned and kept tidy. The pools were cleaned daily, and they're huge salt water pools. We found chairs easily at any time of day which is rare in my opinion, it was such a large resort that it never felt crowded. The food was delicious, and as a Plant Based person I was able to find food easily. The walk from the room, to the pools, bars, restaurants and the ocean is a beautiful trip through the rainforest!! You'll get your steps in! I bought this trip for my Boyfriends birthday and we ended up getting engaged on the trip, so it was a very wonderful experience!! Overall wonderful experience there, I would recomend it!

Thanks for helping us book a fabulous vacation. The booking process was so simple and easy and the agent was very knowledgeable to point us in the right direction for the best vacation spot for me and the family for a great price!

I came across this company via a Facebook Ad. I was reluctant of course, since I had no knowledge of them. As the ad crossed my path at the right time (I needed lodging the next week in Puerto Vallarta), and the deal seemed sweet ($499.00 for a week's lodging), I gave the number a call. Spoke with Jennifer and then did some due diligence and it appeared to be legit. Called Jennifer back and paid for the week's reservation. After paying I was transferred to a very helpful woman named Cindy in the reservations department. She further helped to resolve any remaining doubts I had by giving me her direct line and telling me to call her with any problems. After paying, the account is sent to reservations and you wait a couple of days to receive a voucher number by email which then can be redeemed for the appropriate stay at hotel. Bottom line: I had a week's stay at an upscale hotel in Puerto Vallarta that I would never have been able to afford otherwise. Cindy and Jennifer were very responsive to my needs.
