The class topics and content are very good, well laid out and verbally presented. I only gave 4 stars because some recordings cut off at the end and some content is lost (minimal) - Some classes are very long and ceu credits don’t match the time spent listening and taking notes to complete. - A lot of classes to complete for CCM renewal.
