The last module completed didn't have test questions but still had the multiple choice answers. I had to fail on purpose just to get an idea of what the questions were. Half of the time when I do complete a course, I have to take the exam again because i don't even get the option to review (Which shouldn't be required to do just to finish). Just doesn't register as complete. The course review after every single lesson is highly annoying. Why would I give the section a good review if I don't get credit for the work or am forced to fill out a review? Site layout is also crap. Simplify the menu and navigation of the site so users can just go to what they are there for. Why does the menu launch another tab? It's the same site. You don't need to open 3 tab after tab just to navigate the same site over and over..

Our courses are set so that you may review the exam and answers after taking the exam, and a pdf of the course exam is also available in the “attachments” tab of each course. Please let us know which course was not displaying the exam questions so that our design team can look into it immediately. In regard to the course evaluations, we are required as a continuing education provider to include these at the conclusion of each course so that learners have the opportunity to provide feedback. If you do not wish to complete the evaluation, you may submit the evaluation without filling the star ratings. We are currently working on improving our website, and we will assure to share your feedback with our team for consideration.
