I have a call out to the owner of the company, they sent me to candidate satisfaction, have yet to hear a response. I am moving through this software like a snail. Not intuitive. Too many clicks to move through workflow. I have been a recruiter for more than 10 years, am very familiar with a lot of software and have never had to deal with so many challenges. Signed up 6 months ago and still have not resolved issues.
