The person was not interested in working. They wanted to take a break after 2 hours, and after 3.5 hours, they walked off the job. They took with them a security badge for the facility. I have texted him repeatedly, and he refuses to return it to us.

We did get lots of applicants in the first two weeks. While most did not meet the qualifications, and others did not show up for their interviews, out of around 40 applicants we were able to hire 3 great caregivers.

Ai does not screen out people based on our requiments listed in Job Role key items. It is possible I am making a mistake.

terrible am doing a test and is you f5 because this place is terrible it makes you start over

We started using CareerPlug a year ago. It worked great in the fall season. We were getting more and higher quality candidates than we had previously been getting. This Spring the situation is completely different. We posted many jobs and got very few quality candidates. We then received an email from Career Plug discussing changes in job boards. Basically the free posts on Indeed that they relied on were no longer gaining any traction. Given this information we decided to cancel our subscription and rely mostly on boosted posts with Indeed. We actually tested that strategy to fill the last few holes we had for Spring and it worked great. Career Plug told us we couldn’t cancel our subscription until our year is up, so we had to pay for a worthless service for 5 more months as well as pay Indeed to get candidates. Despite the service they offer changing drastically they decided that we still owed them for the service they used to provide. Please do not get tricked into using this shady company.

Disappointing Experience with CareerPlug CareerPlug is not a user-friendly platform, whether you're a first-time user or someone with experience using hiring software. Many basic features feel unnecessarily complicated, and the overall interface is far from intuitive. My impression is that the platform is designed to encourage users to upgrade to paid add-ons rather than providing a straightforward, functional experience with the standard version. Instead of making recruiting easier, it often feels like you're being steered toward additional purchases. Overall, I'm very disappointed with CareerPlug, particularly its ease of use and overall value. If you're looking for a simple, intuitive hiring solution, I'd recommend carefully evaluating other options before committing to this platform.

I've been a CareerPlug user for several years, but recently I've needed help because the site does not let me edit the job I've posted. I emailed them about the problem, and they responded with an unusable answer so I asked them for a phone call. No response. I emailed them again and got no response. Today I called them and waited on hold for 10 minutes and per their instructions left a message so they would call me back and I would not lose my place. They did not call back.

I signed up for Career Plugs to post job ads for one year. I am so far very disappointed. I posted 2 job ads and neither of the job ads show up. I communicated to Career Plugs on 4 separate times with no response or result. I would think twice before using them, so far a big waste of time and money!!
