My experience with Career Evolved has been truly transformative. The program offers a comprehensive curriculum that strikes the perfect balance between theory and practical skills, tailored to meet the demands of today's competitive job market. Olivia and her team are not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply committed to the success of each participant, providing personalized guidance and feedback throughout the program.

Career Evolved was very impactful for me. Both the team and the program helped clarify my vision for what mattered to me most. As part of that work, I was able to command what I understood my value to be. Once I began the interview process, it was more of me interviewing them than vice versa. It was clear to me that I needed alignment with the right position at the right organization. I cannot say enough about Olivia and her team.

Career Evolved gave me the tools and mindset needed to approach the job search with clarity and strategy. I learned how to network effectively across companies, prepare with intention for interviews, and stay accountable throughout the process. This isn’t easy work, but it’s the right work. The support from multiple team members and weekly calls kept me focused and encouraged every step of the way. Highly recommend.

As a C-Suite executive turned business owner, I've been in pursuit of the elusive "executive presence" for some time now. With a technical background, this type of showing up in the boardroom did not always come naturally to me. Even though I was a beloved leader of my teams and confident I was making the right business decisions, I struggled to convey that confidence to create buy-in. I had done another program and read books and materials on the concept over the past several years, but the execution was still undefined for me. The Career Elevation program within Career Evolved takes the most practical and actionable approach to executive presence I have experienced. It guided me to form a vision of my success and goals, taught me my default leadership style and how to adapt as needed, and prepared me to step into the boardroom with more confidence and understand what to expect from other C-suite executives and CEOs/Owners. It's truly empowered me to walk the walk with other Executives with full belief in myself to create that presence - something you are not often taught when you get promoted into the executive world. This program is like the mentor you always wished you had.

After being laid off due to company financials, I took time off for my mental health—then jumped back into applying and networking the way I always had. But nothing was landing, and I realized I needed more than just another job. I needed clarity, support, and a system that actually worked. Career Evolved gave me all of that and more. Their structure helped me shift from being reactive to intentional—starting with mindset, then clarifying my personal brand, and finally learning how to pitch myself through relationship-building. Their reach-out system helped me show up as a gift in conversations, not just a job-seeker. Most importantly, they helped me uncover what I actually wanted in my career—not just what I could get. I found clarity, confidence, and a deeply supportive community that reminded me I wasn’t alone in the process. If you’re ready to stop scrambling and start designing your ideal career, Career Evolved is the place to do it.

The impact the Career Evolved program has had on my life cannot be overstated. I was able to do more for my job search in 3 months than I had in the previous 12 months combined. With Olivia’s unique approach to both the self, through refocusing your mindset, and how you discover your next opportunity, by building relationships and focusing on alignment, I have been able to focus my efforts in ways that I was never able to before. The Career Evolved community, which is a part of the program, is such a huge part of the transition to getting you to where you belong. Being able to have productive, supportive calls with other members, plus coaches, and Olivia herself made such a big difference. I can’t imagine any other type of program being able to achieve the same results. The lessons you learn are reinforced and taught in a way that will have you practicing the principles in many other areas of your life.

Belief in Self | Top Notch Coaching Olivia's Career Evolved program first focused on building YOURSELF up - because nothing else will happen seamlessly without you first believing in what you bring to the table. Her program is structured to create impact, which is solidified through the weekly coaching she and her career coaches provide to you in various formats: 1:1 and group coaching. She teaches you how, provides you the support system to maintain progress and she herself shares anything she can to help you integrate the same lessons she has learned. I am thankful for the time that I had with the CE Community, and with Olivia as she is providing career coaching that makes waves and ripples throughout every area of your life.
