If you had completed it with sincerity and demonstrated capability, you would have moved on to the next phase like many others already have. As for your refund request—our terms are publicly available and clearly state that onboarding fees are non-refundable after enrollment and access to project materials. If your emails weren’t instantly replied to, that doesn’t equate to neglect—it means our support team was following internal timelines and protocols. We’re not here to convince skeptics.
