I saw an ad on insta I guess and filled the form after which I got contacted for pay after placement. First I did not take it seriously but since it was free initially, I thought of giving it a try and guess what happened, today it's been 4th interview that has been conducted through Career Amend and I already have 2 offers from US based startups and that too work from home. Career Amend is not at all a scam but yes you also need to work hard. If you don't put your efforts in gaining the skills, any educational institution won't be able to provide you with any assistance be it is free or paid.

Recently I got a call from an organization called Career Amend. The person I spoke with told me that I don’t have to pay anything to enroll in their program. Honestly, I was skeptical at first, but since there was no upfront cost, I figured I’d at least check it out. I filled out an application, and after that, they sent me a binding agreement. According to the document, it clearly states that I am not liable to pay anything unless I get a job, which they say falls under their PAP (PAY AFTER PLACEMANT) campaign. It sounds great on paper — no payment unless I’m placed — but I’m still confused. I haven’t paid anything yet, and they’re not asking for any fees up front. But since this is a binding agreement, I’m wondering if there’s a catch. I don’t want to sign something that could legally bind me in ways I don’t fully understand. Career amend is scam

Raj is a very patient and good teacher. At first I was facing a little bit of challenges understanding him but I can say I am very comfortable with him right now. I will recommend him for anytime. Career Amend misled me into a loan agreement with Affirm for a program lasting 6–12 months. After attending just one demo session, I requested to cancel the program and the loan, which they had initially guaranteed would be possible. However, they refused to cancel, claiming that doing so would damage their reputation. Instead, they proposed that I keep the loan active—despite not receiving any services—and that they would provide a company card for me to use to make the monthly payments over the course of a year. This is clearly an unethical arrangement. After two days of discussions and repeated requests to cancel, they still refused, even though it should have been a simple process after the first demo class. Now, they’re essentially trying to use my name to keep a fake Affirm loan open, promising they’ll pay it back themselves. Given their track record so far, I don’t trust them to do that. I have filed a dispute with Affirm, although their resolution process can take up to 60 days—something that could be resolved in minutes if Career Amend was willing to cooperate. I have also filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Please do not sign anything with Career Amend or enroll in any of their programs. This is a predatory trap, locking you into $5,000–$6,000 loans with little to no service. There are far better education and training programs out there without these kinds of unethical practices. I also referred two friends to Career Amend, and they are now facing similar issues. The staff argues and resists any cancellation requests, adding to the stress. If you’ve been affected, please file a dispute with Affirm and submit a complaint to the CFPB with full details of your case. Your voice can help stop this from happening to others.

The caller told me that he were responding to my application. He told me the course would be free. He then asked me to go to their webpage and apply, notwithstanding his claim I had already applied. The application website was branded "Affirm," an educational lender. He told me Affirm was going to give me $1500, so he needed my bank information. I told him I would not -- SO HE CURSED AT ME. IMHO - never trust someone who will curse at you if you exercise common sense like not giving your bank information over the phone.
