Wally is usually quick and easy but this time my appt was moved 30 min earlier to complete X-rays (I would have appreciated a call and not just a text to be sure the time worked for me). Once I arrived, I was seated and did X-rays quickly. But then the hygienist wasn’t ready yet so I was moved into 3 different chairs, one after the next, preparing for the hygienist who never came. Finally after about 30 minutes and nothing, I was moved back to the original chair I had been in and then the hygienist appeared. I would have appreciated coming at my scheduled time and doing everything then- it doesn’t make sense to bring someone in early for X-rays just to make them wait longer. Also the tech who worked with me seemed angry, she kept slamming things around and tried to take my blood pressure with 2 cuffs which were out of battery or not working. When I told her they weren’t doing anything you pulled it off of me, hurting my arm.

Everything was perfect and would have given 5 stars if dentist had not been remote on my first visit. Otherwise no hidden fees and excellent cleaning and service!

Staff is great and timely. Scheduling appointments needs work. I get to the confirmed appointments and I’m not on the schedule.

The actual visit was good as far as the cleaning, X-rays and prep for the whitening trays. Unfortunately all the additional information about my teeth was all wrong. The hygienist was insisting multiple times that I needed a mouth guard because I grind my teeth and the dentist who examined my teeth online said I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled and needed work on another tooth and I should get it done as soon as possible because both teeth are in danger of cracking. I was a little bit surprised because just six months ago I had been to the dentist and there were none of these issues, but I did take them seriously and made a dental appointment for the next day. Where the dentist who actually examined my teeth, said there was nothing wrong with them. She did say they did a good job with the cleaning. We’ll see how the trays come I’m hoping they work as good as I’ve heard they do. Moving forward, I would be getting additional cleanings there are but certainly not taking any dental advice.

Better Chairs I loved the service, it was exactly what I needed and was looking for. The staff was patient, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. However, the chairs need to be switched out to a different color maybe. I went to the Midtown East location and the particular chairs I sat in were visibly changed in color. These were white chairs that are now dark in the center. Maybe light gray chairs with a complete plastic covering?

They do a great job cleaning your teeth and taking X-rays in a friendly clean office. However, there’s no phone. Everything is email so you don’t get some questions answered fast with a live person. It would be nice if they had a dentist on staff who you can ask questions about some test needing cavities or bridges and crowns and prices if you have no insurance. But the cleaning and X-rays part is top service. Still a bargain for $199 a year unlimited visits. 👍
