Wally HealthReviews of carebywally.com

I had recently signed up for dental / cleaning services at Wallys NYC, and was very pleasantly surprised. What might have initially seemed as ‘too good to be true’ proved to be true indeed - their service is excellent, prices affordable, there are no hidden charges, and the staff is experienced, kind and courteous, so the entire experience was effortless. It takes a little bit of getting used to communicating via texts only when scheduling, but in the end it proved to be very efficient and easy. I warmly recommend their services. My experience was at their Upper East Side office, and my interaction was with Holly, Catarina, Magda and Adrianne and I give my sincere praise to all of them for their professionally, efficiency, snd kindness.

Carolina is my hygienist. She is a diamond! Specifically, she is highly educated, provides the information you need to know what's really going on and the tools to advocate for yourself with dental care and independent care. Carolina is genuine and refreshingly professional...and my teeth feel great after her dental care.

Wally Dental on E 28th St in Manhattan was a great experience from start to finish. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. The dentist was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how genuinely caring the team was throughout the appointment. It’s not always easy to find a dental office that combines professionalism with such a warm, personal touch. I highly recommend Wally Dental’s E 28th St location to anyone looking for quality dental care in Manhattan.

The hygienist was so thorough and gave me very clear explanations about what she was doing.

Just great care and service. Gabriel rocks… he deserves a raise!!

Absolutely loved it. Teeth felt so clean as good or better than a traditional cleaning. They custom fit you for whitening trays. No upsell pressure but their early cavity solution is quite good and very affordable.

Wonderful experience! I was seen promptly and the exam and cleaning were very thorough. My issues and treatment options were explained clearly and with sensitivity.

Super friendly staff and the wholle expereince was good.
