Our platform connects merchants to their own payment accounts (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party processors). We do not receive, hold, or control customer funds at any time. In your case, the transactions were processed through a third-party payment provider chosen by your business. When that provider experienced technical or operational issues, it unfortunately affected your payouts. However, this was outside of Cards Shield’s control.
