They presented themselves as a professional middleman, but after 3 days and several transactions only, they said their processor is down. Withheld our money, and declined to pay us out. Don't fall in this trap.

Cards Shield (cardsshield.com) is a payment gateway application and security layer, not a payment processor or fund-holding service. Our platform connects merchants to their own payment accounts (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party processors). We do not receive, hold, or control customer funds at any time. In your case, the transactions were processed through a third-party payment provider chosen by your business. When that provider experienced technical or operational issues, it unfortunately affected your payouts. However, this was outside of Cards Shield’s control. We understand how frustrating payment delays can be, and we truly sympathize with your situation. That said, any payout or fund availability matters must be resolved directly with the payment processor that holds your merchant account.
