They have policies in place like, "if you make an order send it to us within 7 business days," but yet take over that time period to even put in they got it. My tracking said it was there in 2 days. It took 10. In that whole time frame the card I specifically wanted went from $430 to $520. For no reason. They got more stock of it and it is $420 on TCG player. I am still waiting for my package I spend 3-4 business day shipping on and it has been about 8 days and wont show up today even though the tracking says it is "on time." I would be less upset if they had warning on their website times taking longer and stuff like that. but the lack of transparency makes me not like them. Their only redeeming quality is that you get 80% trade in value (If they even value the cards close to the general value, which is hard to find, You will lose money).

Sent me the wrong condition cards and even marked it down that they didn’t have the right one on the itemized sheet. This is ridiculous

Sent in my order to be graded, because the anime commons from Jumpstart were priced pretty high. Despite the cards going straight from the packs to the store, they still downgraded more than half of them, reducing my payout by appr $3 a card. Ridiculous. Also sent me an Elesh Norn with a big divot in the center as "Near Mint."

I ordered the fast shipping and it took over a week to process, then four days to ship, then four more days to arrive. It took them 2.5 weeks to get me my cards when I chose the four day option. Not the first time they took a while. If you order cards from them just order the free shipping, it won't change anything, it's just a coin flip on whether they wanna ship it. Also customer service took over a week to reply and they wouldn't refund/credit me my shipping back. Never going with them again. UPDATE** They did email me back and restore the credit for the advanced shipping, it wasn't done right away but I will give them credit that although it was frustrating, they did eventually help.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Card Kingdom. While they are the largest online shop for MTG cards, they have constant issues regarding whether "in stock" cards are available, and cards that do arrive are often not in very good condition at all despite being marked "near mint/excellent." Some rare cards that I bought and paid for ended up taking several days to notify that they are "actually out of stock," which likely means they tried selling for a higher price online. If you're going for cheaper cards, in all honesty they might arrive and their packaging is good, but for harder to find stuff go elsewhere.

I ordered a binder from the magic Lotr collection, it came very fast, and when there was a problem with customs in Europe they very helpful through email. 100% recommend!!

Ghosted me after asking for a refund for a product they never shipped. Garbage customer service. Still fighting to get my money back while they continue to sell the product I’m waiting on. If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

Everytime I order from card kingdom it takes 2 to 3 times the estimated delivery date. It's insane against my better judgement I ordered $70 worth of there flash sale packs and the delivery has been pushed back 3 times as of today it also took about 4 days to process before I go shipping conformation. Unless you can't find it anywhere else DO NOT ORDER FOR CARD KINGDOM YOULL HATE YOURSELF 2 WEEKS LATER WITH NO PACKAGE you get orders from tcg In 3 to 4 days from order
