Good refinancing experience with David Sambell. David was very helpful and straightforward, easy to get in touch with at all times, and seemed to actually care about the customer rather than just caring about sales. My husband and I tend to quickly shy away from salesman types and hard sales tactics, so we liked David because he did not come off that way at all. There was a little bit of a snafu on the company's side that was not David's fault (someone was supposed to call us to walk us through the final numbers before we signed with the notary and it apparently fell through the cracks), and David jumped in right away to help us get things sorted out and still sign/close on time, which we appreciated.
