Great service! Very reliable and awesome rep!

My GREAT experience revolves around Cardinal Financial and our Loan officer, Gabby Costanza. When I first contacted her in early 2020, we were unable to proceed with the refi, but due to Gabby's communication, answering my many questions, and overall friendliness and patience, she was the first and only loan officer I reached out to in November when we were finally in a position to get started. She was very responsive and helped us in every way throughout the entire loan process. She worked relentlessly to get the loan closed (not too easy since I'm self-employed) and not only made the stressful process of a refi bearable but also enjoyable. The remainder of Cardinal's team was also very attentive and communication was spot on. I would recommend Cardinal and Gabby to anyone looking for a refi.

I knew Todd Kanus and Cardinal Financial would not fail me. After my first buyback of my home from a lengthy and unpleasant divorce, I went back to Todd to take advantage of newly lowered rates due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Although Todd was inundated with people attempting to do the exact same thing, he stuck it out, dotting every i and crossing every t until things were just right. In the end I got a fantastic new rate, paid no closing costs, and put the savings right into the bank. WOOT!
