In the midst of the current pandemic, I wish to take a moment to express my immense gratitude to Peter and his great finance team for making this process so smooth and without additional worries or anxiety. Peter was very nice, patient, down to earth and very receptive to my questions. Great listening ears. He made it appear as though I was his only client by paying attention to my concerns and definitely threw my anxiety out the window. He told me he could help me reduce my interest rate; which he did, and even gave me extra working cash to pay off my credit card bills. Cardinal works with a great appraisal company who called me in advance and arrived on time for the appointment. To my surprise they knew Peter and spoke very highly of him and his company. The appointment went well and free of any hassles unlike the ones I had in the past. The notary agent for the closing was extremely nice as well. Prior to our meeting, someone from Cardinal called to inform me about the closing and called back afterwards to follow-up on the meeting. He was actually ready to answer any questions and asked me to call him back if I had any issues. The notary agent was gracious enough to explain and bring further clarity to my questions before I signed. To my surprise, she dropped off copies of all the signed documents; giving me plenty of time to review and ask questions if I had any. UPS was great and promptly delivered the closing package with a nice check, which made me very happy. The thought of paying off my credit cards and finally becoming debt free is simply amazing. In fact, out of all the mortgage companies I have worked with, Peter and his entire team are the best I have transacted with so far, and I look forward to working with Cardinal again in the future. Thank you so much for the relief, and have a great summer.

I had many other companies wanting my business, but she stood above all the others in warmth, knowledge and empathy during the rough road of paper work. Mike at Cardinal Financial was friendly, helpful, and great to work with! We weren't the best with providing documents in a timely manner, and Mike was very good at kindly poking us to get things in. He was also always available to answer our questions.
