I switched from another company to Cardinal Financial mid new home purchase. The previous company didn't communicate with me at all, didn't seem to care for my business and was delaying my home purchase. I switched to Renee Douglas with Cardinal Financial and she worked hard to get my mortgage closed on time even though she came into it late and the busy market put road blocks in her way.
