What I appreciated the most during my loan process is that the loan officer Ana was patient persistent and very knowledgeable in her position. She went above and beyond to get me the loan. There were times when I felt like quitting but Ana encouraged and assured me that it would happen. I have nothing but great things to say about my home buying process with Cardinal. The folks at Cardinal Financial were very welcoming and friendly. They took the time to listen and made us feel like they had our best interest at hand. They were available and took the time to answer our questions, address our concerns, educate us on the process. The recommendations that were made were again, with our best interest, and were very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to use Cardinal Financial again and to recommend them to others. The process with using Octane for all the document management was a bit cumbersome at times. The only thing I wished happened prior to starting the process was a "this is what to expect" conversation.
