It took getting used to being compliant replying to the reminders but it gets easier the longer you use it.

This app came along right when I began having serious heart issues. I began having to take heart meds, diuretics and various blood pressure meds. Right off the bat the medication reminder feature was a huge help in getting me used to this new medication schedule. There are meal planners w/recipes and workouts that are specifically for you based on what you chose. There are so many more features that I haven't even been able to read up on yet, but I'm so looking forward to. I highly recommend this app even if all you want to do is just be healthier. It couldn't be laid out any easier. It's very user friendly and free, so there's really no excuse.

I lost 40 pounds last year with the Noom app. After a while the recipes became boring. At a recent check-up, I was told my cholesterol was high. My plan is to lower it with diet and hold off on medication. I found Cardihealth after searching for diets that lower cholesterol. I haven't been back to check my levels yet, but I love this app! I like that you can change the meal options and create a shopping list for the ingredients you'll need. I haven't had a recipe I didn't like. I'm learning healthy habits. It's so much easier to grab a handful of cereal or something quick when I'm hungry. I remind myself that long ago, people had to hunt for their food and then prepare it. The least I can do is spend 20 minutes cooking. I'm worth it.

A very good and useful app for tracking health. Absolutely not a scam. Have had a subscription for well over a year. I log my meds and my BP. I show my doc my progress. Reminders keep me on track. Customer service is excellent. A real person!! I’m sent questions now and then on how the app is working for me. The people behind this program are great.

I’m having great success with the program. Any issues have been solved very promptly. My weight loss goals are being met and my blood pressure is coming down.

After I ordered, I realized it was an app and that I wouldn't be able to use it on my desktop at home. My eyesight is not that great and don't use apps. I contacted them immediately and expected the "well, we'll cancel you after the time you paid for is up". Nope, they cancelled me right away. Thank you for that.

I saw their ad and decided to give it a try as I have heart issues. I love the features where I can keep track of my blood pressure, heart rate, daily medications and meals in one place. I am loving the daily meals planned out for me and the weekly grocery list so it takes the guess work out of shopping. I already feel the difference in myself. I am not snacking all day as the three meals a day leave me full and I feel more energy. My one complaint is for some of the meals I can't do Stevia or sugar substitutes nor protein powders as I am allergic to the ingredients. I omit these instead. The meals are all nutritious and so far the ones I have had taste great. It also has an exercise plan for extra which I skipped due to cost for now. I also love that after entering in all my info it tells me, if I stick to the plan, when I will reach my weight goal which is very motivational. Thank you!

The Cardi Health app was great to use. It’s just expensive for me.
