I will never use this company again. I got billed for the car mats over a month before they were delivered. There was not communication regarding the delay which was set to be the day after they were ordered. When I called to discuss the problem, the owner was extremely rude to me. Worst experience with an online company EVER!!!!!

Waited over a month for delivery. Cover was improperly sewn and fit was impossible. Returned items and am awaiting refund ov over $300. Very disappointed in company.

We have issues with our purchase. We didn’t receive the right model and the color is silver not “charcoal grey” They are not being helpful with shipping and are charging us a restocking fee. We waited over a month to receive these and now being treated with disregard over our issues. Buyer beware. Will update review if our issues are resolved.

I returned my order. They received it on November 15, 2019. Today is December 10, 2019 and I still have not received my refund.

I've ordered several products over the last 5 years from Car Cover USA without any problems until a custom sun shade i ordered did not fit my Jeep. You don't really know how good a company is until you deal with their customer service department. They lied to me several times and tried to blame me. Even with picture evidence i was forced to file a fraud claim with my credit card. Don't let them bully you around.
