sent me the wrong bottom section and i've been try to get the right one i order one without the storage under seat and got the one for the storage under seat. can't get anyone to correct this issue

Recieved the incorrect dash mat, went thru the email process of sending images, was told I would recieve the return label, never recieved it, then when I asked for it, they stated they needed images sent because they sent the right dashmat. So now I have to take time out of my schedule and start over. dont mess with them, total headache.

Very Poor Customer service which appears to be broken. I ordered ( 4XX866) front and back seat covers for RAV4 ( Quality was very good ) but straight after the order ( Same Day) - I asked them to cancel the back seat ones . CCU responded via their sales email ( CarCoverUSA sales at carcoverusa.com>) on Wednesday, Jul 27, 3:33 PM the following."Ok we cancelled the rears thank you" . When the package arrived - only the FRONT t seat covers arrived as expected however they did not refund my credit card for the Rear Seat cover charge. I contacted them and AMEX and said that I am not paying for something that I did not receive so I challenged the payment with AMEX and requested a partial refund. Instead of contacting me to discuss the issue - CCU has now threatened to call the collectors for none payment for the REAR car sear covers that I NEVER received and had cancelled on the day of the order and CCU Approved . Contact NAPA napaonline.com and get your car seat covers from them much friendlier customer service.

Horrible service. Ordered dash mats floor mats... floor mats took 5 weeeks to arrive... they were dammaged in transit then shipped back wirhout my knoledge. Upon recieving the replacment matts they were the WRONG matts... after 3 MORE weeks of run arounds they declined to do anything aside from charging me 20% restocking fee if I decsided to return the matts! Needless to say I will NEVER purchase from them agsin and likewise advise anyome reading this reciew to BEWARE of this dreadfull sercice. Car covers usa and Cover king ARE THE SANE outfit amd will NOT assist in resolving ossues that arise...

I ordered a dash cover for my vehicle which did not fit was to long. I gave them the right information for the year and type of vehicle I had. When I told them it didn't fit they said send it back but when I asked if they were going to charge me for shipping and restock they stated if they measurements meet specs and their weren't any defects yes. They said send a picture which I did. They stated looks like it just needed to be taped down correctly. This company is a rip off. Don't buy!!

Purchased several items. Two did not fit. I called and they gave me an RMA. I sent them back and my refund was a joke. They will NEVER give you a full refund. This place should be avoided at all costs. Many other places to buy from. These guys are a sham.

Worst CS I ever encountered. Rude people work here and non helpful. I bought one set of seat covers and would never do business with this company ever again. I wanted to send the set back but they never responded. I went to Auto Anything to purchase what I needed, where I was treated with kindness and respect. If you need anything auto I urge you to go to Auto Anything and not Car Cover USA unless you don't care how you are treated.

I ordered a dash cover that did not fit my vehicle. Upon returning it I only received a partial refund as they put the blame on me as if I don’t what year and model of truck I drive. The customer service was horrible and rude. Please save yourself some trouble and shop elsewhere.
