for fathers' day 2025 present, I ordered grey 2024 toyota rav4 hybrid ltd embroidered dash cover 2239-00-47 (their bar code) on 24 May 2025. they sent grey jeep compass embroidered dash cover 2339-00-47 (their bar code). emails went back and forth, they requested pixs and I sent. they sent RMA and notice of corrected order on the way. that arrived without the prepaid embroidery. repeated efforts to obtain correction. sent pix of no embroidered dash cover. repeated efforts to obtain corrections. they sent RMA and i returned 2d error. Next, they sent exactly the same mistake - 2022-23 Jeep Compass bar code 2339-00-47 and not 2024 Toyota RAV4 bar code 2239-00-47. Their QA stamp clearly visible. Ruined fathers day present. Now July 2025. Wish I had done a check of their reviews before ordering. 11% one star ratings. Ruined Fathers' Day present. My review would have to indicate Pathetic QA, apparently subquality workers unable to tell bar code differences, presumptive that customer is problem attitude. Waiting for refund and 3d time RMA. Hoping this review causes corrections and retraining. Would love to see that 11% one star reviews improved. I do not consider that level of review adequate.

I ordered a personalized dash cover and there is no name on it

I bought two LeBra front end cover for Kia and Hyundai cars and they are Horrible. I regret it 100%. I will never buy anything from this company. Very, very bad product and material.

Bought dash cover. Received promptly. It had badly done sewed edges. Did not fit properly and bubbled up. Followed instructions for return w/photos. Returned promptly. Return minus approx. 30.00. Their excuse was MAKER of dash cover, Covercraft, kept the money. Covercraft said Car Cover USA kept the money. When I stated would do a credit card charge back was told I would be turned over to collections. Do not use-they do not follow there own return policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update after reply: CarCoverUSA says I ordered the wrong item and I was offered an exchange - LIE! There was no such offer made, nor did I order the wrong part. They're trying to cover their A$$ so don't buy it! CarCoverUSA is a rip off! I purchased a DashMat for my van that did not fit as advertised. When I contacted this reseller, they asked for pictures which I provided on at least three occasions. I was told on successive emails I had not installed it properly; however the pictures clearly showed the DashMat product did not fit correctly due to a manufacturing defect and I asked for a return shipping label. CarCoverUSA kept this back and forth up until their 30-day window had passed and I was no longer eligible to return the defective item. It would have cost me at least $25 to return the item myself and then I would have been decremented their 20% restocking fee. My only choice now is to attempt repairs to the DashMat myself to make it fit correctly. Also, I'm a long time mechanic and have been dealing with vehicle interiors for decades - I know how to install a dash cover. These people are a scam! They only communicate through email and have no phone number to call. Do not buy a DashMat from them, go directly to the manufacturers representatives if you want to purchase.

I ordered a molded dash cover for my 2014 Jeep. Took over 2 weeks to receive. The cut outs for the speakers was wrong. No help from them, return it at my expense - maybe a restocking fee. They asked for photos - sent them photos of problem areas, no good - wanted more of the entire dash, which was irrelevant.

I received a right hand drive version! I wasn’t impressed with the quality either. I just tossed it. Not impressed. I bought one five years ago for my RAV4 and loved it but THIS one was crap!

The single band holding the seat cover does not solidify its position. The seat over needs a better securing system. Like the material but movement in the seat is aggravating and not keeping seat protected.
