YOu do not get a full refund when you return
The company claims it will give you a full refund minus shipping and the return fee. What they fail to tell you when you return a product that fee can be 25% of what you paid for it. I ordered a carcover as a gift, realized my husband already had a cover for his motorcycle so the box was never even opened. I called for a refund, they sent a shipping lable but I only got back 75% of what I paid, when I called to ask about it, they said in the email I got (after I asked for the refund) it showed what my refund would be. And that is correct, but I didn't know that before I ordered it. Had I known the shipping fee and return fee would have been so expensive, I would have gone with another company, or at least asked my husabd if he had one. I thought a full refund was a full refund.
