I read previous reviews, I even read the bad reviews which left me scratching my head. Some said after wash they didn't fit anymore, we hell, maybe try washing in eco warm or cold water next time, "its common sense. Some complained of no tags. Well, are you purchasing the clothing or the tags?, really? Look, I've spent close to 2K with these folks just in 2026 alone. I'm a little guy so I've always been picky about my clothing and I'm a hard fit. However, ALL of my clothing from these folks have fit me perfectly and I don't often use that word. I tried everything on out of the box and everything fit perfectly. Even after washing my clothes in eco warm or cold they still fit perfectly after drying on "Low" heat. Common sense "should" tell you washing anything in warm or hot, and then drying above high heat is going to shrink. That's common sense wash instructions 101. In my opinion 5 stars is a rare reality, in fact it's almost a fabrication. With that said I did give 4 stars and to me that's about the best you can get. Oh, and for people that complain because they're clothing didn't come with attached tags, well, to those I say why are you complaining. Personally I hate those things and was very grateful that I didn't have to cut those pesky things off, but it doesn't mean their used clothing or someone's return. "All" of my clothing including shirts, jeans, and casual pants were tagless, I'm good with that. Bottom line, I'm extremely satisfied with this company. Again, I don't give anyone 5 stars because to me 5 stars means perfect and I think by now everyone knows where's no such thing as "perfect". So, with that said, I will continue to order from Cobalt with extreme confidence and satisfaction !!!

I’ve seen C2C has had some poor reviews and wanted to leave a very fair and honest review of my own. Here’s my experience: My order arrived two days early. I ordered the winterberry plaid shirt and cocoon coatigan, both size small. I am happy with both items. They both fit well with quality fabric, which lays nicely. Not too stiff, nor too flimsy. The plaid shirt could stand to be a bit longer, because it is cotton and will shrink, and I can already tell that a medium would be too large for me. But it fits just fine and is nice and soft. I’ll have to hang dry so it doesn’t shrink. The buttons, particularly on the sweater, are rather thin and could easily break when washed, but that’s my only real complaint. I do think, given what C2C charges for their clothing that they should invest on thicker, more durable buttons. I’m wearing the sweater now and it’s cozy and soft. I’m sure I’ll get much use of it this winter. I would order from them again, but would like to see their customer reviews change for the better, especially with regard to their return policy, although I do not have any experience doing exchanges or returns with this company at this time. Overall I am very satisfied with my order!
