I purchased a flannel shirt from carbon to cobalt. The shirt ended up being over $150.00. I assumed that this must be a very nice long sleeve flannel shirt. I received the shirt and the fabric was so thin that i could literally see through it. there was no weight to this thing. VERY Poorly made shirt. Unfortunately it was washed before I saw it and now i cannot return it. It is the Mens Logan Pass Double. I got ripped off...

poor customer service. been a customer for about 10 years or so. purchased a dozen pair of men’s underwear. One of them had a hole in it after wearing it and they refused to replace it. I’m done buying their products.

I use to love this company men's clothing but the quality honestly isn't any better then Macy's or jc penny $100.00 for men's henly or $149 for flannel shirt nothing special about the quality same as others or has fancy seam around the neck it sucks there hurting themselves coming to pricing.

Received a blazer with the sleeve lining torn in one spot and missing stitching in another. Where the lining was torn there was s piece of bright orange tape holding the tear partially together.
