I received the remote in a timely manner but they were unable to program it to my vehicle. Only one button worked and even though it was supposed to unlock the car it locked the car. I have returned it for a refund.

Had keyfob programmed no issue with programming. However, the unlock and trunk release button is nearly impossible to press. Lucky for me my car is keyless entry otherwise I'd give 1 star!

The USPS was slow and tracking was useless. Not entirely your problem. I contacted 2 of your suggested locksmiths to program my new remote. One I will quote: "What? We can sell you a remote and program it but we don't program others. We cannot vouch for their product." The other said they only program factory remotes.
