Caradonna and my personal travel agent Amy has worked with me over the past 17 years providing the best dive destinations, excellent customer service and outstanding vacations for my divers. Caradonna has helped us be a successful full service dive operation and I would recommend them to anyone wanting help with group dive travel!

The first time I visited the Ocho Rios Riu it was beautiful, the second time it was not the same. It is not somewhere I would stay at again, I made the best of it, seeing it was my family reunion. They mixed up the rooms WiFi’s I spent every day trying to straighten out my WiFi. They did not have enough washcloth so we had to wait until they did laundry, when you called the front desk the operator was rude, she would let you know they are not in until 9:15 and hang up the phone. Let’s just say that is not somewhere I would stay again. My daughter found a cockroach in her ackee she never ate there any more she went off the compound to eat her meals.

Thanks for the feedback Rosemarie, I am sorry your stay at the RIU didn’t go well. It is tough when Caradonna doesn’t sell a destination or a resort and we arrange these on request without our usual first-hand experience. I am glad the service and working with Caradonna went well, and we do apologize for your experience in Jamaica. All the best, Tim Webb President

We have used Caradonna a number of times over the past 12 or so years and have found Dawn Snow to be accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and just about any other positive adjective that we can come up with! It has been a pleasure to work with Dawn for all of our Caradonna trips. She has taken EXCELLENT care of our group at all times. Previously we had taken trips with a couple of other providers, so I do have comparisons to work with and I truly appreciate working with Caradonna for our vacations!!

Doing business with Caradonna is profitable and rewarding. They have an excellent inventory of quality properties to keep our travel program new and exciting for our customers. As with all trips booked a year in advance there will always be changes and hick-ups. Caradonna always handles these quickly and accurately. They are also awesome at notifying me of any changes to our travel itinerary. I look forward to a long and prosperous business relationship with Caradonna.

Hi Rob, I apologize you had a bad experience on your Curacao trip during after hours. I did read the review about the resort and the diving and all seemed to go well. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again. All the best, Tim Webb President

Bonaire is a Diver's paradise! The trip was even better because of the being there with The Dive Shop. The planning and travel experience was handled professionally and the group was a pleasure to spend time with. There were so many great moments in the water with the variety of sea life and opportunities to learn and share experiences. Just a perfect trip.
