Caradonna AdventuresReviews of caradonna.com

Amy has always been great. I have called her on all my past trips to Bonaire and she has gone above and beyond each time. On one trip my airline was late and I missed my connector. I could not get a flight from Curacao to Bonaire for severaldays, if even then. I decided to cancel and return home. Amy was able to get a full credit for me at the resort for my next visit. I will continue to use Caradonna, specifically Amy for all future trips. Thanks again Amy!! You are the best.

Always great advice and service. Have been booking dive trips with them for years.

Everything was great and I appreciated Caradonna's much needed assistance in planning my trip. Except they were repeatedly late in responding to my questions.

Doris is the best representative for Caradonna Adventures. Doris was willing to work within my budget and identify a dive location/operation which surpassed my expectations. She was diligent in providing several options and listened to my interest and concerns with respect to my dive dreams!! I will continue to book my future dive adventures w/Doris!

Doris is very helpful in putting our trip together. We will use her service again.

Cardonna worked to get our reservation package at a great resort, Magic Oceans on Bohol in the Philippines. I am so glad you had this gem on your website because it was perfect. Lodging, food, diving, service, nature, secluded beauty all spectacular. Some dive travel perks like document folders, luggage tags etc, would be good advertising for Cardonna and a nice appreciated touch. It felt like we were dropped when we reserved. I also had no idea that shopping for the best price would be frowned upon. I learned my lesson with this type of dive travel company, with anger when I mentioned another company. I usually book liveaboards and they are helpful with perks, land excursion reservations and airfare help. I had to figure all of this out on my own. The resort was very helpful with two awesome excursions so all was good! The coral and the macro were out of this world eye popping gorgeous.

I have used Caradonna Adventures 2 times for all inclusive dive trips for our family of 5 divers and both trips have been fantastic and have also been an incredible package as diving can be quite expensive so combining accommodations and diving was very economical. The accommodations have been perfect and the dive companies were excellent. We have to rent all the gear and the gear was perfect, the staff are knowledgable and friendly. I dealt with Liza Nieves for both trips and she was knowledgable, efficient (replies to emails within the hour) and really tailored the trips to our preferences. I had one problem with some prepaid transportation to/from the airport that did not work out but the minute I returned from the trip and let Liza know about the problem, she put in a request to get me a refund on what I had paid. Incredible customer service! I would recommend this travel agency to all my diving friends and cannot wait to book another trip!

Caradonna Adventures took care of everything for a recent Cozumel dive trip and all was just as desired. The booking process and follow up were very good. I'd recommend booking dive travel through Caradonna!
