I am so grateful for Kim at Caradonna Dive! She helped us with a trip of a lifetime! I have traveled the world to dive and I have been certified since 1981! Due to the COVID pandemic I chose to use a travel agent and I am so glad I did! Kim is exceptional ! The level of attention to detail and such genuine care is priceless. From start to finish she helped us get an excellent price and travel deal and navigate the frustrating protocols because of the pandemic. I absolutely will not travel again without Kim’s expertise

My girlfriend and I just returned from a 10 day trip to Cozumel. We had a amazing time even though we were there during hurricane delta and the coronavirus. Kim Mackey did a fantastic job booking our trip and then coordinating the changes we made to extend our trip. She was extremely responsive and answered every single question we had. Every trip I book in the future will be through Kim!

After several weeks of closure, the Island of Saint Lucia is reopened for tourist and one of the locations reopened is Scuba Saint Lucia located on Anse Chastanet Resort. We had booked this vacation several months prior and had to sit back and wait and see what would happen and on July 24th the Island reopened to tourism. The folks at Caradonna were outstanding in helping us prepare for this adventure during these times. The biggest issue was being able to get the results of a COVID test back that had to be done within seven days. The testing location said 24-48 hour results but instead it was five days plus. We were down to the final hours when our test came back and we were in constant contact and ready to cancel at the last minute. Everything came together and the folks at Caradonna, hats off to Doris, who worked with us right up until "Decision Time." Once we got to the resort everything was as promised and created for a great dive adventure. We have now booked with them several times and everything is as promised. Highly recommend Carodonna you can be assured this company will take care of you from start to finish.

Excellent service. Highly recommend.

We had a great trip to Ramon's in Belize set up by Cammie. Thanks for the great trip!

Incredibly superb customer service. We booked our dive trip with Deb at Caradonna last fall for a trip this spring. Then the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Clearly, it wasn't safe to travel and we wanted to postpone our trip to next spring (2021), when hopefully this crisis will be in our rear view mirror. Deb was so kind and understanding. Together with Divi resorts, she got us a full refund on our fully pre-paid trip (including the deposit). The pandemic is clearly something that is outside everyone's control and a more scrooge-like company could have said tough luck, it's not our fault and your payment is non-refundable. But, no, Caradonna and Divi did the kind thing and fully refunded all our money. I plan on doing all my future bookings with Caradonna and all my future stays with Divi resorts. They have gained a client for life.

Cammie of Caradonna did a great job of booking 23 divers flights off Little Cayman and back to the U. S. as the resort was closing as well as the Grand Cayman airport withing a few days. As individuals or couples we would never have accomplished what Cammie did.

everything worked well. I will use Caradonna again..
