April has helped our family of 5 go on many memorable adventure vacations. But this time, when our flight back from French Polynesia was canceled with no accommodations or rebooking plan from the airlines, April quickly responded to our email, got on the phone with us, and helped coordinate a plan that got us back. And it was nearly midnight in the United States! The diving was excellent, and the accommodations good. And she always fine safe and reliable dive operators for our three kids (12-16yo). Will definitely book through April again!

Kim was great to work with, she made everything effortless for our group trip to Roatan. We had the most amazing trip, everything went just as planned- thanks Kim!

Kim was awesome. She was efficient and understanding. I had a different address when the documents were mailed out. She was able to get them to our other address quickly. She always responded to our emails, questions, and concerns quickly as well.

Kim is amazingly helpful from the basics all the way to assisting with special requests. Her knowledge of locations is a huge benefit! Thank you!

We had an amazing time! The Mayan Princess was awesome! The food and the diving was fabulous! Kim at Caradonna took care of everything, the trip was more than we expected

Kim Mackey did a great job setting up our trip! The entire trip was absolutely flawless!!

I have worked with Kim Mackey for 20 yrs. She has always taken good care of me even when I'm not the most responsive customer. She is what makes the company click for me. Thanks

Our most recent trip to Cozumel was really great. Our Caradonna agent (Kim McKey) made all of our arrangements for the trip. Our flights, ground transport to/from our resort, dive package and rooms were all pre-arranged and worked flawlessly. Kim has been our Caradonna agent for several years and has arranged many trips to several dive destinations. As a diver herself, Kim's expertise and knowledge of our personal preferences have made all those trips very pleasant and stress free. I have recommended Caradonna and Kim to several friends over the years and they have nothing but good things to say about their experiences. I highly recommend Caradonna and Kim in particular to handle arrangements for all future dive trips.
