It is also worth noting that most independent survey and review platforms have their own terms and content guidelines. Reviews containing excessive profanity, inappropriate language, threats, violent descriptions, or other content that violates those guidelines may be rejected or removed by the platform itself, regardless of whether the underlying feedback is positive or negative. Capytal.com has no control over those moderation decisions. While your frustration with that experience is understandable, it therefore does not appear to reflect the performance, communication, or service you received from the Capytal.com team itself. Additionally, we do want to clarify an important point: Capytal.com does not suppress or prevent negative customer feedback.
