Totally agree with other reviews. They are very money minded and they might even manipulate you by saying that they will give you the hotel. I’ve asked for, but in the last minute they will not give it to you and they will give you a cheaper option even in the day, two, they will not include lot of things, and you will have to pay that on your own. The customer service is very poor.

Very money-minded company. Feels like they prioritize petty gains and commissions over customer safety and experience. Places were cancelled without proper explanation, and the captain seemed to have hidden commissions on almost everything. Worst of all, the tempo traveller had no lights, yet we were still made to travel through dangerous mountain roads abt 150km at night . Risking passengers’ lives just to avoid extra costs is completely unacceptable. Safety should always come first.

My experience with Capture A Trip to Bhutan I booked a 7-day Bhutan trip with Capture A Trip, but we effectively got only around 3 days to actually explore. A large part of the remaining trip was spent travelling, waiting, or dealing with poor planning. Our itinerary was changed one day prior to the trip and one of our final days involved almost 11 hours of travel. Right in the beginning we also lost one entire day during the immigration process, largely sitting at the immigration office and waiting followed by another long journey. We were promised a luxury bus, but what we received barely had enough comfortable seating for group of 19 people + 1 trip leader + 2 Bhutani guides with no music, no Ac. It was nowhere close to a decent comfortable bus. The hotels were one of the biggest disappointments. We were told to expect decent 3-star accommodation, but stays felt nowhere close to that standard. We were staying at 1star properties. We even had towels with visible stains in our room. No toiletries provided. We were also told during the trip that some properties had not been physically checked by the Capture A Trip team beforehand. If that’s accurate, that’s extremely concerning when you’re sending paying customers to another country. The food was not good and it was repetitive as well. Several places from the itinerary were either missed or rushed, so a 7-day Bhutan package ultimately felt like roughly 3 days of actual sightseeing. But the biggest issue was the lack of accountability. This wasn’t just about our trip leader. From our interactions involving Sachin, Anshikha, Rishabh, Purnima and the wider Capture A Trip team, there seemed to be a serious communication and execution gap. Whenever we raised problems in the WhatsApp group, instead of concrete solutions, we repeatedly felt we were being asked to “adjust.” I’ve travelled enough to understand that delays happen but when they do, communication and problem-solving are what you’re paying a travel company for. Capture A Trip does great marketing. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience of their Bhutan trip, the execution didn’t match what was marketed to us. Good marketing gets customers to book. Good service, accountability and execution make them come back. After this experience, I personally wouldn’t travel with Capture A Trip again or recommend this trip to my friends and fellow creators. As a content creator, I’ll also be sharing my experience on Instagram because I cannot recommend Capture A Trip after this experience. I’ll be tagging the relevant Shark Tank investors as well not to attack anyone, but because a company with this level of visibility and investment needs to focus on execution, accountability and customer experience, not just great marketing. They have no idea what we all have been through. All 19 travellers of us were frustrated from day 1 to 7.

Will not recommend. They change plans at the last minute. Poor choice of hotels, guide, and captain.

My recent trip to Almaty, Kazakhstan, booked through this agency Capture a trip Gaurav yadav , was an absolute disaster. The group mentor, who was from India, displayed incredibly unprofessional and rude behavior throughout the trip. He consistently avoided taking responsibility for any issues that arose, which were numerous. The agency seemed to have a monopoly on every activity, forcing us into overpriced restaurants where we were charged significantly more than the local rate. This pattern continued with horse rides, where we were charged 15,000 Tenge compared to the standard 10,000 Tenge. Even simple places like the chocolate market and other attractions came with inflated prices for our group. The horses provided for the rides were untrained, leading to people falling off. Cabs were also an additional, unexpected expense. Beyond breakfast, every meal and amenity came with an extra charge, making the 'all-inclusive' nature of the trip a complete lie. It was a truly bullshit experience. To add insult to injury, our luggage was not properly cared for; bags got wet, and our clothes were soaked. This agency charged a premium price but delivered a bare-bones, low-budget experience with zero attention to guest comfort or safety. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with them to look elsewhere. And (The India team was equally unprofessional. They charged us for double occupancy rooms but then forced us to share rooms with three people. Just two days before our flight, when I tried to cancel, they claimed it was non-refundable. They collected full payment well in advance, allowing them to make changes at their convenience. When I inquired about the package details, no one seemed to have a clear understanding; they kept passing me from one person to another. After getting a number from a fourth person, I finally received a partial update) This is not enough many things happened. Worst experience ever. They are so unprofessional. Shark tank stop helping them they are not worth.
