TOP, GOOD JOB

The app is good, just not for what I need it for, but customer service by NATE was outstanding he understood my needs and helped me figure things out, great for people that would like to try and find out if it's something they want to use.

I used Captions.ai for several months and I was genuinely impressed with the service. The AI-powered subtitles are very accurate, the video editing features (effects, avatars, auto-captions, etc.) are powerful and intuitive — perfect for creating short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Really is a game changer app. Been using it for a few years now and it’s generally flawless. The ai music creation is absolute fire. Their customer service is top notch as well.

Esta aplicación facilita la vida , pero lo Mejor de todo es el soporte , no es una aplicación fantasma o que te responda la IA, , me ayudan con dudas , necesitaba una factura y me ayudaron amablemente , dentro de la app hablas con el soporte , la recomiendo 10/10 dato tengo 50 años y se me hace muy amigable ♥️

They really went above and beyond for what I asked for. They even followed up which is rare nowadays.
