Whenever I’ve run into a technical issue or needed help with my subscription, they’ve always responded incredibly quickly and resolved everything efficiently. Their support team is kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, which I really appreciate. I also recently made an honest mistake by forgetting to cancel my subscription before it renewed, and they handled my request with understanding and kindness. That level of customer care means a lot. I genuinely enjoy using Caption AI. The subscription isn’t the cheapest, but I do think it’s worth the investment when I’m actively working on content creation. Whenever I have new projects, this is definitely one of the apps I’ll come back to. Thank you to the entire team for building such a great product and for providing excellent customer support!

Quickest customer service ever! I had some trouble with my account recently and deleted it without cancelling the subscription beforehand so my bank account still got charged. I reported it to the customer service and they helped me on the same day (even though it was a weekend day) and processed my refund back to me.
