My experience with Captions has been excellent! I want to give a special shout-out to Sam, who went above and beyond in answering all of my questions. Every response was prompt, detailed, professional, and incredibly helpful. Sam was patient, knowledgeable, and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service. His availability, diligence, and willingness to ensure every concern was addressed made all the difference. I also had the pleasure of working with Nate and Marian, who provided the same level of professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional support. I truly appreciate the quality of their work, their availability, and their dedication to helping customers succeed.
