Trailed Captions and jumped in and purchased an annual subscription. Through know one's fault, after a day of so I realised it was not the right fit for our B2B strategy. Reached out to Sam [via @help] and was treated with the utmost professionalism and timeliness. Within 3 short emails the Team has approved my full refund and notified me that the subscription has been cancelled. Shame it didn't work out!!

Uso captions da 2/3 anni (non ricordo di preciso quando l’ho attivato) .. so solo che ultimamente apro l’app e con due click ho editato un video interno. È incredibile il livello che ha raggiunto. Ormai è uno strumento fondamentale di cui non potrei fare a meno. Ottima anche l’assistenza in caso di problemi. Consiglio a tutti di usarlo

The software makes creating captions super easy and they look really good. Customer service is very responsive.

I accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription to create a video avatar before I realized there was a free way to try this app. So I wrote to customer service to cancel that subscription and was pleased to get a positive response almost immediately. Such responsiveness is unfortunately rare for many online apps and services these days, so now I am far more inclined to trust this organization.
