Complete scam! I won 900 but was reduced down to 100 due to freeplay. Was told to send 10 in litecoin to verify the account for deposit. I never received my credit for the deposit and it says I need to deposit another 10. I have tried getting ahold of customer service. No response. Unacceptable terrible business practices.

This casino is a fing joke. I have been trying to withdraw now for over a month. I used crypto before but since i used a debit card this time and i tried to withdraw it didnt allow.me to so they told me to wire it. I sent all my information and still nothing. I was told i can have a Bitcoin withdrawal and sent all my information. They told me 10 days. I waited ten days and still didnt get it. I contact them and they continue to ignore all of my emails and they refuse to release my money telling me there is nothing they can do. I wish i read the reviews before i ised them. Theyre worthless trash that steal your money and pin it on a third party company that they cant give me my money

TERRIBLE CASINO!!! Do not deposit $ with these people!! I received a free $35 chip via email. I played and won about $700, then they took their $500 playthrough. I kept playing until I have $115. Ask for withdrawal, verification was successful. After I submitted the amount I wanted to withdrawal, LITECOIN crypto is the ONLY withdrawal method. They wanted me to send $10 test deposit via LiteCoin to them before I could withdraw. I asked cust. service via chat if there was another method to withdraw, nope that's the only way when you get "free" money. I don't own LiteCoin. So I would have to buy it (fee charged), send it to casino (fee charged). Then the casino charges at least $20 fee to withdraw. So, what am I really getting? Honestly, if I sent them the $10, there would probably be another reason for them not to send it to me and they would keep my $10. TERRiBLE CASINO

I received a 100 dollar free chip played through the ridiculously impossible play through and had all the funds I did win were taken. When I go to withdraw 200 bucks they said I couldnt because I used multiple coupons in a row.And I couldnt because the money was won from a chip they gave me

Can not get withdrawals. Always "escalating" but no resolution. This is a scam so avoid it if you like your money! Every week of checking back is the same excuse.
