I strongly advise against using Captain Jack Casino. The website was outdated and slow to load, and navigating the various games was confusing. Customer service was non-existent and unhelpful when I had questions about bonus promotions. Furthermore, they do not payout any winnings, have been waiting over a month for a payout and they keep telling me they do not have my information,the games were not enjoyable due to constant technical difficulties and lag. I wasted my time to finish my playthrough (as you know its need very high wager )i win 100 usd .i send documents for verification after that thay just cut off my winnings without any argument. When i registered there wasn't any restrictions for my region  I asked several times at chat but no one told me any word about restrictions. Don't waste your time there!!! If my region is restricted don't allow user to register and use bonus code as other casinos do . appreciate people's time please.
