So I used a free bonus and won 65 dollars and went thru all their hoops to try to withdraw and then once I deposited so I could withdraw not only was my deposit only partially credited but my bonus wins they told me were invalid

i won over $ 700 usd and went to cash out, had to get a bitcoin wallet convert usd into bitcoin send them $10 usd worth of bitcoin which cost 3usd to send. sent in my id verification and everything was approved. cashed out $500 usd worth of bitcoin to my wallet. they sent me back almost the $15 usd worth of bitcoin and kept the $485 usd. said i had used bonuses in a row. and was not able to collect on it. not to mention it cost money to buy bitcoin and sell bitcoin. this casino is a scam. they are quick to accept your money but do not want to pay you when you win. its a joke.

I won like 24$ and had to play through 350$ after I played through that and had a 50.18 balance I went to cashier to cash out and it wanted me to verify my wallet after I had already done that. The service representative said I need to have a 0 balance then deposit at least 30$ then he took my 50$ winnings and abruptly cut off the chat. Very disappointed

Well, I contacted them on day 8 to see what was the delay. That's when I was informed that it takes 7 days to approve a withdrawal request. Then it takes another 7-10 days to process the withdraw.
