They are COMPLETLY A SCAM AND A JOKE I've tried to redeem over 800 $ and they are telling me because I won while I played on a bonus even though I played through the required playthrough requirements they are saying I mixed funds and won't give me my money even though a manager already approved it. Well I did it again playing on Captain Jack. The last withdrawal I received was short a couple hundred , but they did put $100 play credit on my account. So I used it. Today is day 10 and my withdrawal request isn't even approved. Perhaps another 2 months. This will be my 3rd withdrawal with captain jack so it's not like I'm a new verification or anything like that. They have great bonuses and like the layout of the site. The only problem and a huge problem with us all that spend money to play is the withdrawal process. I have spent enough not to feel like it's been wasting my time. This casino is a scam!! It doesn't pay when you try to cash out. I sent my info in 5 times. Legit info! On the 5th time and apprx. 20 hours of chat over a 3 week period of time, I finally realized they had no intention on paying me and wrote it off. Deposited with Captain Jack Casino and ended up hitting for 2,100 within 3-4 hours. Initiated a cash out same evening which happened to be on Christmas.
