Hi MD, We are sorry you had an unpleasant experience with us. We always strive to find the best options for business owners, unfortunately there was a miscommunication on our end. Our approval rates do vary depending on the business profile. A change of Capital Specialist may be necessary as each representative specializes on different files. Thus, the change and confusion about Max and Matt. We would like to clarify they are not the same person, our sincere apologies for this misunderstanding. Thank you.
