Speaking purely from experience , Buyer beware, they will lie and tell you they're a direct lender when they are a third party BROKER ..they will stack you and add up to 10 percent MINIMUM in interest on their own... will tell you to beware of other "lenders" when they're the "lender" you should look out for.. will apply massive amounts of pressure and rush you in an attempt to get you to sign horrible contracts that will have your business go under.

Please message us at [email protected]. I would like to get a full investigation. We are a direct lender however we use partners if we decline a deal and it doesn't fit our underwriting guidelines. I would like to investigate what happened and only eligible to pull an ACH if the document is signed by the applicant. Additionally, this is a 1 off situation as we only pull additional fees for former default clients as we don't get paid by the lender.

I am working with Josh Waxman. He works my crazy hours to help us through our growth phase. His follow up and execution is excellent. He hits send on an email and then immediately follows up the email with a text message. If he hasn't heard from me he calls. Nothing sits and waits.

Thank you! We are delighted to hear that Josh was able to assist in a prompt and efficient manner.

Our family trucking company was seeking out financing for an expansion and a debt payoff when I came by a mailer from Capital Infusion and I'm glad I did. Working with Matthew we were able to get the capital we were looking for right away and I've been impressed both by his communication and follow through for us as a customer. In an industry where a lot of claims and promises are made, Matthew delivered on his word and went above and beyond great service on our loan.
