I really wanted to like the store but customer service was extremely unprofessional and wasn’t being helpful. I placed my ordered 2 weeks before they change their return and exchange policy and they wouldn’t accept a return even tho the items don’t fit me and the quality is awful. It’s unfair that they changed their policy 2 days before I receive my items but I placed my order way before that, the policy shouldn’t be effective for customer who place their order before the policy change. Honestly feel like I have been scammed with clothes that are bad but so pricey and now they won’t do return and exchange I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.

I am truly amazed by how good the clothes turned out! Items I bought, look exactly like in the pictures! I was worried about the size, but they actually fit perfect and make me look gorgeous:) Even the quality is great. The traffic went pretty fast. Big plus for the customer service team being SO polite and helpful!
