I previously wrote a review about Cape Clique and had some concerns. However, Hebe customer service rep was in contact, helpful and resolved my issue with one of the items. The brand has a unique style that caught my eye and can’t wait for them to expand more!

Ordered 3 things, one shirt came in too small and the customer service was great and fast at taking care of it. The other 2 clothing items are perfect and I cant wait to wear them.

I got a purple tube top and a brown dress and absolutely loved them both! The dress is especially cool as it was a lace up and I can tie it and wear it in multiple ways:)

Ordered from Cape Clique. At first, I did not see updates on the shipment and couldn't get in contact with the retail so I assumed it was a scam shop. To my surprise, I received the order and am pleased with the purchase. If you order from them you may not get tracking updates but the package may still come
Response from capeclique.comAug 16, 2022
Dear Mellanee, we are sorry for this and thanks for your kindly review. You placed an order on August 10th, 2022, and we have shipped out your package on 13th. Express shipping to US takes around 7-12 working days. The shipping time works once the package has been shipped out. At this moment, your package is in transit. A shipping confirmation email was sent to your email. Did you receive it? You can please track its shipping status through it. Sadly, it is unfair to say we steal your money because we indeed ship your package, and it is just in transit, and within the shipping time. We're sending you an email now from our customer service email: [email protected] for solving this. Thank you for your understanding. Hi love, we noted that your package was delivered to your mailbox successfully on the 20th. Did you receive it? We've sent you lots of emails, but not heard from you. Hopefully you can please get back to us. Thank you!
