From ordering to shipping to my receipt of the order was very timely. The was not what I ordered, but a larger size. But since it’s for a one time use, I’m willing to keep it and perhaps pass it on to a niece, nephew, or a family member’s child that’s about to graduate.

The item was what I expected.

Customer service was very good - my timeline was impossible to meet but they did their very best which I really appreciated. The items arrived and were very good quality and exactly as described.

Wonderful service and superb professionalism. The gowns were sufficient to what was needed. And again, I was very impressed in how you communicated the whole transactional process. Everything was timely.

A little too big, (sleeves are too long) but overall great for the the price

Gown zipper gets stuck and year on tassel kept falling off. I only needed it for a picture so overall it was good. Not very durable but doesn't look cheap.
