I was very pleased with the quality!! Nice weight to it and not "cheap" looking at all! It came very quickly. They did send me the wrong diploma cover, but when I let them know, they sent the correct one out to me the very next day!! I did not have to pay anything and they also sent me a return label if I wanted to return the other diploma cover. Super nice customer service and the prices are GREAT! HIGHLY recommend this company for all your graduation needs!!!

I would highly recommend this company! I ordered the doctoral scarlet gown, doctoral hood, and octagonal tam (and tassel). Customer service was great (they really helped pick the color of the hood lining I needed to choose to match my gown) and it came within a week. The quality is just like you would receive from Herff Jones but a fraction of the price. I saved over $800 by ordering from Cap and Gown Direct compared to ordering from my University.
