Little thin ,but quick service

Shipped quickly, frequent updates, good quality product for the price, got what I expected

Order arrived a day later than the original ETA, but that was likely the post office’s fault. Other than that, the order went well. The cap, gown, and stole look great.

I ordered the wrong sized gown. The company rapidly responded to my quandary and allowed an exchange. I am now waiting for the exchange to become complete. I am confident this company will come thru well.

Process is efficient and accessible.

Although my original order was incorrect, it was corrected swiftly once I contacted Customer Service.

Some of the information on the website (regarding product availability) was confusing, but they responded promptly to emailed inquiries. I did have to call them, and, when I did, I talked with an actual person who was able to answer my question and process my order. Also, shipping was very prompt. So, while the information on the website was confusing, their customer service was great!

Kat helped me in trying to find out if my order was in and it wasn't. She told me she will help, which she did and got it processed. Because of the time changes, I couldn't reach the company but Kat responded by email. Thank you. Now waiting for the order.
