Hi Milton We are terribly sorry if you are unhappy with your print. As for canvas prints, usually you compare images seen on a backlit screen (monitor.cellphone) and seeing the print physically without the backlighting and there is a difference between the two. We would be more than happy to double check the image for you. You can email us the received prints taken in natural light (preferably outdoors) to [email protected] and we can look into it. Hi Perry I have replied to your previous Trust Pilot communication, but if you click on the tracking link we have sent you, you can follow the progress of your order, which is now in Florida. If there is a production issue with your product or if it is damaged in transit we will be more than happy to process a full refund. Hi Martyn Unfortunately you have read my response out of context with the previous paragraph, which states " At present we are investigating your order with the courier company, and if it is deemed as "missing in transit" I am more than happy to offer you a refund. In the meantime please make yourself familiar with our Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policy, both of which you have agreed to when placing your order. I will clarify once again, your order was shipped 4 business days after you placed it. I have also reviewed all communication you have had with our company and nowhere did you mention a special date or ask us if we could deliver by a certain date. We note a delivery was attempted on the 3rd November. I am getting quite tired of your accusations of being sneaky and lying to you. We have an excellent reputation and we work hard to keep our customers happy. We don't randomly pass refunds just because a delivery is delayed or because the delivery date is past a special date that you failed to mention to us.
