Very happy with the service and product. Was given a gift voucher. Couldn't see if there was an expiry date for the voucher and after 8 months sent in an order with the Voucher Code which gave a "message" that this was not valid. Contacted the Canvas Factory via email and they instantly responded and corrected the "message" which allowed the order to be completed. Impressed with the prompt service and delivery.

Picture looks great, but one of the frames had the hanging hardware installed upside down.

Beautiful end product but shipping was extremely slow.

Due to a manufacturing issue the canvas pictures I bought last year became unglued and fell apart. When I contacted CF they were very concerned and helpful. They helped me reorder the 3 pictures at no charge and quickly shipped them to me. I would give 5 stars if the originals didn't fall apart because the images come out beautifully each time.

Actually, I'd give 4-1/2 stars. Only problem was that a couple of the corners on the back of the piece looked somewhat unfinished. I know that's really picky. The piece was beautiful, promptly made and communication was terrific. Can't wait to give it to my sister-in-law for Christmas. I know she'll love it!!

Great quality product. Responsive customer service. Fast delivery. I think the price could be a little better (cheaper).
